TCI Insider Atlas Series

Flight Routes to Turks & Caicos

Every scheduled route into the islands, set out by country, with block times, operating seasons and what the fares actually look like across the year. Each figure is graded by how well it is evidenced, and the page tells you how old its own data is.

About this atlas

Why a property broker built a flight schedule

I am a real estate broker in the Turks and Caicos, working under the Sold by Drew brand with Christie's International Real Estate. Most of my work is on the listing side, and most of my spare effort goes into building the sort of data that buyers are usually expected to take on trust.

Air access is the reason this page exists. Nothing moves a small island property market like the number of ways people can get to it. A new nonstop from a city that previously needed a connection changes who considers buying here, how often owners actually use what they own, and what a rental week is worth. The islands are adding routes faster than at any point in the last decade, and that is a leading indicator worth watching rather than a travel detail.

The same principle runs through everything in the Atlas series. Show the working, grade the evidence, say plainly where the data is thin. If you are weighing a purchase, a sale, or just want to understand what the numbers are doing before anyone tries to sell you something, I am glad to talk it through with no expectation attached.

Buying or selling in the Turks and Caicos

Start with a conversation, not a listing

Tell me what you are trying to work out and I will give you the data behind it, whether or not it leads anywhere. If you are selling, I will show you what comparable stock has actually achieved. If you are buying, I will show you the same figures I would want to see myself.
